Règlements
	Le tournoi sera joué suivant les règlements FBB.
	Le C260 est d’application pour tous les joueurs.
	En cas d’une éventuelle renonciation, après la date d'inscription, les joueurs doivent toujours prévenir
le referee et l’organisateur.
	Le nombre maximal de matchs est défini dans le scenario du BJMC
	Les exceptions sont mentionnées dans le règlement particulier C450 du Yonex Belgian junior master circuit.
	Des tenues adaptées sont obligatoires (article 117 et 118 - C100).
	Chaque inscrit doit payer son droit d’inscription même s’il ne participe pas (article 112 - C100).
	Le droit d'inscription est de 6,00 € par discipline
	En -10 en jouera uniquement en minibad (C800 – annexe 7)
	Dans les autres catégories d’âge, on peut jouer en simple et en double.
	Chaque participant peut seulement s’inscrire dans 2 disciplines différentes.
	Chaque joueur, membre de Badminton Vlaanderen ou de la LFBB peut seulement s’inscrire via le site de Badminton Vlaanderen avec un identifiant valable lié à son numéro unique de membre de la ligue.
	Les joueurs étrangers peuvent seulement s’inscrire par e-mail et avec un identifiant valable de leur fédération.
	Il est interdit de s’inscrire pour deux ou plus de tournois, pour lesquels les dates du tournoi et les
disciplines tombent ensemble.
	Les inscriptions sont acceptées suivant l’ordre d’arrivée. Pour les paires de doubles c’est le moment de l’inscription du dernier joueur inscrit qui compte. Pour les paires de doubles c’est le moment de

	Chaque inscription qui n'est pas confirmé sera considérée comme une inscription par “X”;
	Si le nombre d'inscriptions est insuffisant, la discipline peut être annulée.
	Dans les tours préliminaires du simple les joueurs sont répartis, de préférence, dans des poules de 3.
	Pour le double et le double mixte les paires seront tirées au sort, par série, dans un tableau KO excepté pour les listes de participants avec seulement six paires ou moins Le volant prescrit pour toutes les disciplines est le Yonex AS 10.
	Il sera en vente dans la salle et sera à charge des joueurs, jusque les ½ finales inclus.
	Les volants pour les -10 sont à charge des organisateurs.
	En cas d’inscriptions insuffisantes la discipline peut être annulée.
	Les joueurs doivent être présents, en tenue sportive, minimum 30min avant l’heure planifiée pour leur premier match. Ils ne peuvent pas quitter la salle ou les annexes sans l’ autorisation du juge arbitre.
	De temps d’échauffement est limité à 3 minutes.
	Les organisateurs des tournois ont le droit de prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires au bon déroulement du tournoi.
	Chaque participant sera informé par badmintonvlaanderen.toernooi.nl de l’heure de son premier
match.
	Tous les participants qui prennent des médicaments doivent en informer les organisateurs, par enveloppe fermée.

Nombre maximum d’inscriptions par série et discipline:
	Un nombre maximum d’inscriptions sera fixé pour chaque catégorie.
	Prière de retrouver les nombres dans le tableau 1 ci-après.
	Le nombre de joueurs/paires de réserve est équivalant au nombre de têtes de série par tableau. Quand un joueur/paire est retiré(e) d'un tableau final, et après approbation par le juge-arbitre, ils seront remplacés par un joueur/paire réserve. Ceci jusqu'à l'heure du premier match du joueur/paire qui est remplacé dans une discipline.
	Les joueurs réserves et/ou exclus ont le droit de se désinscrire à partir du moment que let p-file avec les joueurs réserves et exclus est publié.
Timing:
Tout les matches se joueront dans toutes les catégories le samedi “date”.
 
Droit de portrait:
Lors d’un tournoi officiel, un championnat, une compétition ou une organisation approuvée par la FBB ou
Badminton Vlaanderen, les prises de vue, les enregistrements sonores et les photos sont autorisées. La
participation à un tournoi implique qu’aucun accord complémentaire ne devra être demandé aux joueurs, aux clubs ou aux officiels concernés. Ces prises de vues, enregistrements sonores et photos peuvent être diffusées par le détenteur des droits d’émission et de publications et peuvent être utilisées pour des émissions de TV en direct ou en différé, pour la réalisation de films, pour la diffusion sur internet ou en radio, via la presse ou tout autre media. La FBB et ses fédérations affiliées, ainsi que chaque photographe concerné ont le droit d’utiliser toutes les photos ou autres images des joueurs et des officiels qui ont été prises lors d’un tournoi, pour des fins non-commerciales

Reglementen

	Het tornooi wordt gespeeld volgens de BBF reglementen
	Voor elke speler zijn de reglementen C260 van toepassing.
	Spelers dienen bij een eventuele afmelding, na afsluiting van de inschrijvingen, altijd de referee en de organisatie te verwittigen.
	Het max. aantal wedstrijden wordt bepaald zoals omschreven in het draaiboek BJMC.
	Uitzonderingen staan vermeld in het bijzonder reglement C450 Belgian junior master circuit.
	Aangepaste kledij is verplicht (artikel 117 en 118 - C100).
	Elke inschrijver(ster) moet inschrijvingsgeld betalen ongeacht zijn/haar deelname. (artikel 112 - C100).
	Het inschrijvingsgeld bedraagt € 6,00 per discipline.
	In de reeks -10 wordt uitsluitend minibad gespeeld. (C800 – bijlage 7)
	In de overige leeftijdscategorieën kan men inschrijven voor enkel en dubbel.
	Elke deelnemer mag maximaal in 2 verschillende disciplines inschrijven.
	Elke speler die lid is van Badminton Vlaanderen of LFBB kan enkel online inschrijven via de website van Badminton Vlaanderen met een account gekoppeld aan zijn uniek federatienummer.
	Buitenlandse spelers kunnen enkel inschrijven via e-mail met een geldig buitenlands federatienummer.
	Het is verboden om in te schrijven in twee of meer tornooien, waarvan tornooidagen en disciplines samenvallen.
	De inschrijvingen worden in aanmerking genomen in volgorde van binnenkomst. Bij dubbelkoppels geldt inschrijvingsmoment van de laatst ingeschreven speler.
	Elke niet bevestigde inschrijving zal behandeld worden als een inschrijving met een “X”
	Ingeval het aantal inschrijvingen onvoldoende is kan de discipline worden afgelast.
	In de voorrondes voor het enkelspel worden de spelers bij voorkeur ingedeeld in poules van 3.
	Voor het dubbelspel wordt het paar per reeks geloot in een KO- tabel met uitzondering van de deelnemerslijsten van slechts zes koppels of minder.
	De voorgeschreven shuttle voor alle disciplines is Yonex AS 10.
De voorgeschreven shuttle zal te koop zijn in de zaal en ten laste van de spelers tem de halve finales. De shuttles voor de reeks -10 zijn ten laste van de organisator.
	De spelers moeten minimum 30 min. voor de geplande aanvangstijd van al hun eerste wedstrijden in sportkledij aanwezig zijn in de zaal. Ze mogen de zaal of bijgebouwen niet verlaten zonder de toestemming van de referee.
	De opwarmtijd wordt beperkt tot 3 minuten.
	De inrichters van het tornooi hebben in samenspraak met de referee, het recht alle maatregelen te treffen in het belang van het goede verloop van het tornooi.
	Iedere deelnemer zal omtrent het tijdstip van zijn eerste wedstrijd verwittigd worden via badmintonvlaanderen.toernooi.nl.
	Deelnemers die medische producten gebruiken, dienen dit voor aanvang van het tornooi te melden aan de referee of dopingverantwoordelijke bij middel van een medisch attest onder gesloten omslag.

Maximaal aantal inschrijvingen per reeks en discipline:
	Voor elk onderdeel zal een maximum aantal inschrijvingen worden vastgelegd. Gelieve de aantallen terug te vinden in tabel 1.
	Het aantal reservespelers/reserveparen is het equivalent van de reekshoofden per tabel. Wanneer een speler/paar uit de hoofdtabel wordt verwijderd, na goedkeuring van de referee, dan wordt deze vervangen door een reservespeler of een reservepaar. Dit tot op het ogenblik van de eerste wedstrijd uur van de speler of paar dat vervangen wordt in een discipline.
	Reservespelers en/of uitgelote spelers hebben het recht om uit te schrijven vanaf het ogenblik dat de publicatie in de tp-file van de reservespelers en uitgelote spelers gedaan is.
 
Timing:
	Al de wedstrijden in alle onderdelen zullen op zaterdag “datum” afgewerkt worden.

Portretrecht:
Tijdens een officieel toernooi, kampioenschap of evenement, goedgekeurd door BBF of Badminton Vlaanderen vzw, is het toegestaan om tv-opnames, geluidsopnames en foto’s te maken. Deelname aan het toernooi betekent dat hiervoor geen bijkomende goedkeuring aan de betrokkene spelers, clubs of officials gevraagd moet worden. Deze tv-opnames, geluidsopnames of foto’s kunnen verspreid worden door de houder van de uitzend- of publicatierechten en mogen gebruikt worden voor live of opgenomen tv programma’s, internet webcasting, radio, film, verspreiden via de pers en andere gelijkaardige media. BBF en zijn geaffilieerde federaties en elke betrokken fotograaf hebben het recht elke foto of andere gelijkaardige beelden, die van de speler of official werden gemaakt tijdens het toernooi, te gebruiken voor niet-commerciële doeleinden.


Regulations:
	The tournament will be played according to BBF regulations.
	For all players the Badminton Vlaanderen regulation C260 applies.
	If a player withdrawals he should inform the organisation and the referee as quick as possible.
	All exceptions are mentioned in the C450: Yonex Belgian junior master circuit regulations.
	Clothing must be acceptable badminton clothing (Paragraph 117 and 118 - C100). Each participant is due to pay the complete entree fee independent of his/hers participation. (Paragraph 112 - C100).
	Belgian Players can enter the tournament only online in the Badminton Vlaanderen website with a valid account.
	Foreign players can enter the tournament by e-mail to the organisation only. A valid account is required.
	In the age group -10 the minibad regulations shall apply. (C800 – attachment 7)
	Every player can enter in maximum 2 different event; singles and doubles.
	It is not allowed to enter in more than one tournament, of which tournament days or events are during the same weekend.
	The entry fee for each event is € 6,00.
	In the tournament of “level silver” the 24 highest ranked players’ in the FBBF ranking singles and 10 highest ranked players in the FBBF ranking doubles and mixed doubles are given priority to enter the tournament. From the 25th player in singles and the 11th player in doubles and mixed doubles subscriptions will be taken into account in the order of submission.
	The entry time of the last player of a double pair will count for the order of submission
	Not confirmed entries for the doubles will be considered as an entry with an X-partner.
	The tournament shuttlecock is Yonex AS 10.
	The tournament shuttlecock will be sold at the venue and at charge of the participants until the semifinals. For the age group -10 the organisation is in charge to provide the shuttles.
	If an event has not enough competitors the tournament organiser is allowed to cancel it.
	Preliminary rounds in all single events will preferably be played in groups of 3 players.
	For doubles the draws will be conducted in knock out schedules except if there are less the 6 participants.
	Players must be ready to play 30 minutes before the schedule time of all their matches. They are not allowed to leave the venue during the tournament without referee permission.
	Knock up time will be limited to 3 minutes.
	The tournament organizer is, in consultation with the referee, entitled to take all required measures to ensure the continuation of the tournament.
	Each participant will be alerted of the scheduled start of their first matches by e-mail trough badmintonvlaanderen.toernooi.nl.
	Players using medication should present their prescription form in a closed envelope to the referee.

Maximum entries for all series and events:
For each event a number of entries will be defined. Find the numbers at table 1 above.
For each event there will be, if necessary, as much players in the reserve list as there are seeded players in every event.
If a player or pair withdrawals from the main draw they can be replaced by another player or pair from the reserve list until the start of that match.
Players in the reserve list or the exclude list have the right to withdraw after the publication of the TP-file. All matches of all events will be played on Saturday “date”.

Portrait Raight:
During an official tournament, championship, competition or event, approved by BBF or Badminton Vlaanderen, it is permitted to make tv-recordings, sound recordings and photographs. Entry in the tournament means no additional approval of players, clubs or officials has to be asked. These recordings can be distributed by the person holding the right and can be used for live or recorded television shows, on the internet, for webcasting, radio, film or distribution through the press and other media. BBF and its affiliates and every photographer who is involved have the right to use every image, taken during the tournament of players and officials, for non-commercial purposes.
